I

share

about

my

endometriosis

and

adenomyosis

story

and

continue

learning

along

the

way
.

This

podcast

is

not

a

substitute

for

professional

medical

advice

or

diagnosis
,

but

a

place

to

equip

you

with

information

and

a

sense

of

community
,

ensuring

you

never

have

to

face

this

journey

alone
.

Join

me

as

I

navigate

the

ups

and

downs

and

share

stories

of

strength
,

resilience

and

hope
.

While

navigating

the

world

of

endometriosis

and

adenomyosis
,

from

personal

experience

to

expert

insights
,

I'm

your

host
,

Alanna
,

and

this

is

Endo

Battery

charging

our

lives

when

endometriosis

drains

us
.

Welcome

back

to

Endo

Battery
.

Grab

your

cup

of

coffee

or

your

cup

of

tea

and

join

me

at

the

table

Now
.

Many

of

you

are

joining

me

because

curiosity

got

the

best

of

you
,

and

I'm

not

sorry

about

that
.

So

welcome
,

but

you're

going

to

have

to

wait

just

a

little

bit

longer

because

I

have

something

to

say
.

That's

right
.

As

always
,

I

have

something

to

say
.

As

March

1st

in

Endometriosis

Awareness

Month

approaches
,

I'm

filled

with

conflicting

emotions
.

I'm

excited

that

we're

talking

about

something

that

affects

so

many

people
,

but

I

also

have

this

dreadful

anticipation

of

what

I'm

sure

will

be

a

resurgence

of

misleading

and

misinformation

on

endometriosis

that's

gift-repped

as

truth

and

curative
,

only

to

be

harmful

and

a

large

setback

for

advocates

working

tirelessly

to

provide

good

information

to

help

those

with

endometriosis

and

to

help

equip

them

with

knowledge

to

achieve

a

better

quality

of

life
.

Now
,

I

know

this

sounds

like

doom

and

gloom
,

but

the

reality

of

it

is

that

advocates

fight

tirelessly

against

all

the

misinformation

that's

out

there
.

Many

of

these

advocates

don't

want

others

to

go

through

what

they

have

gone

through
,

so

they

want

to

equip

them

with

the

best

knowledge

possible
.

But

that's

one

of

the

things

I

love

most

about

this

community

is

that

the

advocates
,

the

patients

and

the

people

that

are

fighting

for

better

care

and

better

quality

of

care

for

endometriosis

patients

come

together

and

they

are

strong
,

they

are

fierce

and

they

are

not

stopping

just

because

there's

misinformation

or

misleading

information

out

there
.

They

continue

to

hit

the

ground

running

with

all

the

work

that

they're

doing

and

they

do

it

together
.

They

do

it

as

a

powerhouse
,

and

I'm

really

really

grateful

for

this

community
.

I'm

grateful

for

the

friendships

that

I've

made

and

I'm

grateful

for

those

who

have

helped

me

along

in

my

journey
.

I'm

thankful

for

those

who

continue

to

impart

knowledge

on

me

to

help

give

me

a

better

quality

of

life
.

As

well

as

so

many

others

To

say
,

I

have

mixed

emotions

about

endometriosis

month

is

an

understatement
.

Alanna
2:44

But

what

I

don't

have

mixed

emotions

about

is

what's

happening

with

Endo

Battery
.

I'm

excited

to

announce
.

Are

you

ready
?

Should

we

wait

a

little

longer
?

No
,

okay
,

I

am

ready

to

announce

I

have

teamed

up

with

Board

Certified

Patient

Advocates

to

bring

brand

new

Alanna
3:09

just

and

in

realm

of

endometriosis
.

incredible

for

yourself

and

or

the

endometriosis

community
.

So

join

me

March

1st
,

the

start

of

Endometriosis

Awareness

Month
,

and

start

it

with

more

knowledge

to

feel

empowered
.

Thanks

for

joining

me

today

and

I'm

excited

to

see

where

we

can

go
