I
don't
know
about
you
,
but
I
feel
like
2024
came
and
went
faster
than
I
could
charge
my
phone
One
minute
.
We're
celebrating
January
.
Now
I'm
here
looking
at
the
crumbs
of
my
New
Year's
resolutions
,
wondering
where
they
went
.
As
we
close
this
chapter
,
I
want
to
take
a
moment
to
pause
and
reflect
on
everything
this
year
brought
us
,
and
by
everything
I
mean
both
the
good
stuff
and
the
chaos
,
because
,
let's
be
honest
,
the
journey
of
endometriosis
and
chronic
illness
isn't
exactly
smooth
sailing
.
It's
more
like
a
roller
coaster
,
one
you
didn't
willingly
buy
a
ticket
for
.
I'm
pointing
fingers
at
you
,
chelsea
,
who
got
me
on
the
slingshot
at
the
summit
with
a
little
liquid
courage
and
pre-bought
ticket
and
telling
me
I'm
going
on
it
Probably
most
terrifying
moment
in
2024
.
Thank
you
,
chelsea
.
Speaker 1
1:46
First
,
I
need
to
shout
out
the
absolute
rock
stars
of
this
community
.
All
of
you
,
whether
you're
navigating
life
with
endo
,
advocating
for
others
or
providing
care
,
you
are
what
makes
this
community
so
remarkable
.
I
feel
so
lucky
to
be
part
of
it
,
even
if
it's
a
club
that
none
of
us
would
have
signed
up
for
voluntarily
.
Still
,
here
we
are
,
turning
pain
into
power
and
leaning
on
each
other
along
the
way
.
Looking
back
on
this
year's
episodes
and
all
the
reflections
that
we
just
went
through
,
I'm
blown
away
by
the
conversations
we've
had
,
from
deep
dives
into
hormone
health
and
mental
wellness
to
uncovering
the
realities
of
surgical
menopause
.
Here's
a
spoiler
it's
no
tropical
vacation
.
We've
tackled
it
all
.
And
let's
not
forget
the
guest
experts
who
brought
their
A-game
,
like
Dr
Bebe
Hani
,
dr
Liu
,
who
remind
us
all
that
knowledge
is
truly
power
,
or
the
episode
where
we
explored
the
intersection
of
endo
and
invisible
disabilities
with
Chanda
Hinton
and
Bryce
Rafferty
.
Those
ones
always
stick
with
me
.
Speaker 1
2:51
But
one
of
the
biggest
takeaways
this
year
was
the
power
of
storytelling
.
We
heard
real
people
just
like
you
share
their
stories
,
the
triumphs
,
the
heartbreaks
and
the
moments
of
clarity
when
I
was
sitting
down
with
people
like
Jen
Moore
and
Arlie
Cole
and
Casey
Berna
.
All
the
moments
that
they
shared
were
their
moments
of
clarity
,
things
that
they
had
learned
that
put
their
pieces
back
together
.
It
also
propelled
them
into
advocacy
in
a
way
that
they
had
never
imagined
they
would
probably
be
in
.
That's
the
stuff
that
fuels
me
.
It's
not
just
about
the
information
,
it's
about
the
connection
.
And
speaking
of
connection
,
did
you
know
that
studies
show
strong
social
support
can
reduce
stress
and
even
lower
pain
levels
?
Science
has
officially
proven
what
we've
always
known
this
community
is
like
ibuprofen
for
the
soul
.
So
keep
sharing
,
connecting
and
showing
up
.
It
makes
a
difference
.
Speaker 1
3:48
As
we
head
into
2025
,
I'm
thrilled
about
what's
ahead
this
year
.
We're
leveling
up
.
We're
not
just
looking
at
endometriosis
.
We're
looking
at
you
,
the
whole
complicated
,
wonderful
human
being
.
You
Because
,
let's
face
it
,
it
endo
is
only
one
piece
of
the
puzzle
.
We're
diving
into
hormones
,
hrt
,
mental
health
and
sexual
health
,
informed
consent
and
those
sneaky
pain
facilitators
that
don't
get
enough
attention
.
We'll
also
explore
cutting-edge
approaches
to
endo
care
and
,
of
course
,
keep
the
stories
coming
.
And
hey
,
if
there's
something
that
you
want
to
talk
about
,
or
learn
more
about
anything
that's
been
on
your
mind
or
in
your
search
history
,
me
at
contact
at
endobatterycom
.
Speaker 1
4:37
This
podcast
isn't
a
one-way
street
,
it's
a
conversation
.
Oh
,
and
,
while
I
have
you
,
let's
talk
about
my
plate
for
a
second
.
You'd
think
by
now
that
I've
learned
to
stop
piling
so
much
on
it
,
but
nope
,
it
is
a
constant
learning
thing
for
me
and
something
I'm
really
honestly
not
great
at
.
But
I'm
working
on
,
I'm
working
on
,
but
before
I
get
to
that
working
on
,
I've
got
some
new
projects
cooking
things
that
will
hopefully
bring
even
more
value
to
this
amazing
community
.
I
can't
say
too
much
yet
,
but
Just
know
2025
is
going
to
be
a
year
of
growth
,
connection
and
maybe
even
a
little
surprise
or
two
.
Speaker 1
5:18
But
before
I
wrap
up
,
I
want
to
leave
you
with
this
you
are
so
much
more
than
your
diagnosis
.
Your
body
is
resilient
,
your
voice
is
powerful
and
your
story
matters
.
Together
,
we're
not
just
navigating
chronic
illness
,
we're
shifting
the
narrative
entirely
.
Thank
you
for
letting
me
be
part
of
your
journey
this
year
.
Whether
you've
been
with
me
since
the
first
episode
or
you
just
found
EndoBattery
yesterday
,
you're
part
of
this
family
and
,
honestly
,
knowing
you're
out
there
keeps
my
battery
charged
.
Here's
to
a
new
year
full
of
empowerment
,
connection
and
maybe
a
little
less
coffee-fueled
chaos
,
but
likely
,
probably
not
.
I
will
always
drink
my
coffee
and
sometimes
switch
for
tea
for
those
that
really
care
about
my
health
,
and
I
hope
that
you
feel
fueled
and
empowered
as
we
continue
in
this
journey
.
I
can't
wait
to
take
it
with
you
.
So
stay
strong
,
stay
hopeful
,
and
I'll
see
you
in
2025
.
Until
then
,
continue
advocating
for
you
and
for
others
.
